About Me
I am a dedicated holistic occupational therapist with 35 years of experience who supports individuals of all ages, especially those with illnesses and disabilities, in overcoming challenges and thriving. Through my practice, Align OT, I have tailored community-based programs, blending yoga, myofascial release, sensory systems, and creative arts to meet clients' unique needs. I am certified in JFB myofascial release, and trauma-informed yoga, a Certified Trauma Practitioner, Neurographica Specialist Coach, NASM personal trainer, and a Stepping On Fall Prevention instructor. I use my expertise to foster mind-body transformation. By employing client-centered, collaborative solutions, she helps clients improve physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being through engaging, fun, and effective activities.
I specialize in supporting children and adults with diverse cognitive levels and learning styles, helping them become more regulated, resilient, and confident in their everyday activities. Through my work in public and private schools—from Bay Shore to Bridgehampton—I've developed creative, evidence-based interventions that integrate therapeutic tools with community-based support. Through individual or group programs, in-person or virtual sessions, my approach is designed to help every child thrive, engage, and participate more fully in life with creativity and alignment.
