Call to Action: Supporting youth and young adults in our communities

If you're passionate about supporting mental health and substance abuse recovery, this new study by the University of Washington is a game changer. It highlights the positive impact of mindfulness and sensory awareness in combination with medication for those struggling with PTSD and substance use disorders.
